Mitsubishi Nav-less i-MiEV

The American version of 2011's Mitsubishi i-Miev is about one foot longer and just over 4 inches wider than the Japanese model on sale overseas. The interior in America's i-MiEV appears upgraded for this market too, with the noticeably absent in-dash navigation system.
Does this mean navigation won't be a standard feature in the i-Miev? We haven't heard yet - but the car will make its way, fully stocked to the 2010
